Obama : Election

Election of Barak Obama was a ground breaking event. The tears on most of the African Americans’ eyes show the enormity of the emotion of the election. This is an extremely liberating feeling for the African Americans who have experienced a lot of discrimination over centuries. This is healthy and will contribute to racial harmony and forgiveness. It will eliminate the ‘guilt effect’ which was corrosive. The whites felt that they were held responsible for wrongs of long by gone times; and they always feel that blacks are bent on revenge and when and if ever they get a chance they will mete the whites a very bad deal. While the blacks felt and still feel that even if they try to forgive the injustices of the past, the whites are still doing more of it. That is a trap of distrust and total lack of full acceptance of justice.

Election of Obama is very liberating, both the whites and blacks needed. The whites feel they assisted in electing a black President and willing to accept. The blacks feel that they achieved equality and are in par with the whites.

World Economy 2

Seems still we are in same postion. Governor Federal Bank has again asked for more funds to pump to the market. Printing more money! and no results of stablizing the market. We are running short of ideas.

U.S.A & E.U: Suggestions to New Economic Policies

Like any magician the Treasuries and Central Banks of the western economies and followed by the rest of the world can not stop the price declines of the stocks; because their remedies are late and ineffectual. It is the same medicine used since 1929, 'The Keynesian theories of macro economic management' which can not cure present decline, even though for seventy years this worked. Like old medicine maybe it never cured only alleviated the symptoms and pushed the effects to lower levels, just to come back some time later in a more potent form. These recurrences are what we call recessions and depressions which were never fully understood after Keynes. Defiantly, pushing billions of dollars in different formats and labels will not solve the issues and the slide can not be arrested. We are so close to the bottom falling we must be very carefull not to waste any more on old failed stop gap policies.

Very much possible we expect BLACK FRIDAY OR MONDAY this week or latest next week. If this happens we will go to very uncharted territories and very dangerous. We need to look at new options for the US and EU countries such as:

Closing the exchange houses for a month!

During this month stabilize the credit market and get funds moving in.

Also stop any foreclosures for three month.

The Governments must participate fully in the management of the bailed banks.

The economists should study how to set totally new guidelines during this THREE MONTHS.

U.S. Presidential Campaign 08

Oct0ber 05 Governor Palin has personally attacked senator Obama. very unfortunatly this Monday there was far more collapse of the Asian, European and later US stock markets. Such a day needs far more serious effort by the Republicans canidates, as MaCain claimed he stopped campaining to concentrate on national causes! Their actions are far from this.

What is needed urgently is to realise that the 'bail out' or 'market support' is not working and we could go to far uncharted territories.

Greetings
